I am not the big fan of Vitamins, but after using green tea for my weight loss I can confess that Vitamin K present in green tea is very helpful when it comes to weight loss. Along with that green tea has the ability to make you look bright. If you want to lose weight then try to add green tea in your breakfast as well in lunch time. Before going to bed have a cup of green tea then you will find a huge change in your appearance after 3 weeks. Vitamin K is an important ingredient which also slows down the Cancer tumors in our body.
